Thursday 60 minute Gentle Yin Yoga For ALL Bodies and Levels

This heart-centered 60 minute Yin Yoga class is designed for ALL bodies and levels to unwind, release tension, and reconnect within. This class includes guided meditation and breathwork to support deep rest, stress relief, and relaxation.

(Some classes may also include Reiki, aromatherapy, and/or sound healing.)
